Tombow USA and Clique Kits Blog Hopping!

Hi and Welcome to the Holiday Blog Hop with Tombow USA and Clique Kits! We have a great lineup of Holiday projects created with Tombow USA Adhesives and the Clique Cards Holiday Edition Kit! In addition to all this amazing inspiration we have two amazing super prizes!

Now, on to my project:

Clique Kits sent this super fun collection of Christmas papers and embellishments from a wide variety of companies (some I had not heard of).  It's the Clique Cards Holiday Edition Kit.

Start out with a 12" flat wooden wreath form and color the inner ring with Tombow Dual Brush Pen #195 Light Green.

Measure and cut papers from the Photo Play Dear Santa paper pad into 2" by 6" strips, with a paper trimmer and dovetail the ends with scissors.  Starting at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, attach light colored papers to the wreath form with Tombow MONO Aqua Liquid Glue.  Fill the entire wreath.

Fill in a second layer with the brighter colored papers using Tombow Foam Tape to create dimension.

Measure and cut My Colors cardstock Herb Garden in two strips 2 1/2" by 11" and Firecracker in two strips 1 1/2" by 11".  Fan fold all four lengths, attach two pieces, then ends with Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to create a tube.  Xtreme Adhesive is 5x's string than a regular adhesive runner, so roll to apply then swipe to the side for a clean application - I LOVE THIS STUFF!

Punch White Smoke cardstock into two 2" circles.  Apply Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to one side.  Gather fan folded tube at the top and push down to create a rosette.  Apply circle onto the bottom and pinch to adhere.

Punch a 3" scalloped circle from Granite cardstock and a 2" circle from Herb Garden cardstock apply to green and red rosettes with Tombow Xtreme Adhesive.  Select stickers from the Photo Play Dear Santa Element Sticker sheet and apply to rosettes.

Select embellishments from the Cocoa Vanilla 'Tis the Season Wood Veneer and color with Tombow Dual Brush Pens #195 Light Green; #173 Willow Green; #245 Sap Green; #847 Crimson and #993 Chrome Orange.  I am so glad that is discovered this technique because you can quickly add color to small wooden embellishments without have to wait for messy paint to dry!

Apply Wood Veneer Embellishments to rosettes with Tombow MONO Aqua Liquid Glue, let dry.

Tie red, white ribbon and bakers twine into a loopy bow and attach to top center of wreath with Tombow Xtreme Tabs.  Attach rosettes to left side of wreath with Tombow Foam Tape.  Apply flair buttons with Tombow Xtreme Tabs.  Randomly apply sticky back Enamel Dots from Eyelet Outlet over surface of wreath.

Now, on to the FUN STUFF!  We have two awesome prizes for this hop!
